When will I get the product?
- Orders are generally delivered within 3 working days. In case of complications we will inform you.
- If you have arranged for pick-up at the event location, we will contact you to arrange sub-arrangements.
Returns and exchanges?
- You can return the goods within 14 days.
- If you need to return new unused goods after the 14-day period, you will be refunded in loyalty points (by conversion) which can be applied to your next order. Returns are subject to a 30 day return period from purchase.
